Satyam Saxena Book a call

Year by year
2012 to 2026

I’m Satyam Saxena. Same work, ordered by year instead of by client.

Year by year

  1. 2012

    • Zatse India

    Software Engineer

Started at a Delhi startup going straight at JustDial. I built listings search and the back office the call centre ran on.

    • Retail pricing
  2. 2013

    • InmarketAutoBuyers US
    • Fastox India

    Architect, Senior Lead

First US work: a lead-management CRM for auto agencies, where the hard part was every agency getting its own leads daily over automated FTP pulls keyed to its identity. Fastox started in parallel back home.

    • Logistics
  3. 2014

    • AgencyOMS US

    Continuing Fastox

    Architect, Co-founder, CTO

Uber for goods rather than people, built from nothing: dispatch, routing, live driver tracking. Hyperlocal delivery in India a decade before Blinkit and Zepto made it ordinary.

    • Logistics
    • Sales & marketing
  4. 2015

    • Octonius Spain

    Continuing Fastox

    CTO, Cofounder

Hyperlocal delivery kept running while I took on work management software: intranet, projects, documents, permissions.

  5. 2016

    • Origolo Germany
    • AgencyOMS US

    Continuing Octonius

    CTO, Cofounder, Architect

Moved to Europe to co-found Origolo: end-to-end encrypted file sharing and chat, zero-knowledge by design, so even a compromised server yields nothing readable.

    • Secure & private
    • Sales & marketing
  6. 2017

    • EpekData US

    Continuing Origolo

    CTO, Architect

Origolo's encryption work carried on while EpekData made data the job: pipelines, hygiene and deliverability at a scale I had not touched before.

  7. 2018

    • Westpac New Zealand

    Continuing EpekData

    Frontend Lead and Mentor, Architect

A retail bank: onboarding, compliance, audit trails, and mentoring the frontend team. The custom PDF pipeline I built there on open-source libraries is still delivering printed quotations to insurance customers years later. Regulated work teaches you what done actually means.

  8. 2019

    • Omnia Retail Netherlands

    Continuing EpekData

    Architect, Frontend Engineer

Dynamic pricing in Amsterdam, competitor scraping by the million. Collecting the data was the easy part. Making it trustworthy enough to price against was not.

  9. 2020–22

    • Drivonic US
    • Automotive MediaVentions Netherlands

    Continuing EpekData

    Architect, Frontend Lead Engineer

AutoTrack, Gaspedaal and AutoWereld running as one platform under Automotive MediaVentions. Six million visitors a month, three consumer brands that had to stay distinct. Over three years the work moved from building it to frontend performance, and then to how releases got made at all.

  10. 2023

    • ING Netherlands
    • Media Distribution Systems US

    Continuing Drivonic

    Architect, Sr. DevOps Engineer, Advisory

Back onto regulated ground, this time from the infrastructure side. Release paths and audit trails that had to be provable, not just documented. December went to moving an email platform off its old stack in under two weeks, to go live in January.

  11. 2024

    • EpekData US
    • A crypto gaming platform Spain

    Continuing Drivonic

    Architect, Sr. Frontend Architect

A crypto gaming launch in Spain: wallets, back office, readiness. Zero-knowledge work running in parallel on the privacy side.

    • Data & identity
  12. 2025

    • Kindertaal India

Continuing Drivonic · EpekData · A crypto gaming platform

Identity resolution and cost optimization, which turned out to be the same year's problem for everyone. Kindertaal shipped too, built by my own team in India.

  13. 2026

    • An identity-resolution platform US

Continuing Drivonic · EpekData · Kindertaal

    Architect, Sr. Frontend Architect, Advisory

Advisory alongside the build. Identity, zero-knowledge, and increasingly being paid to say what not to build.
